bianca fraser
Bianca Fraser has a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design, graduating from UTS with 1st class honours in 2005. With over twenty years of experience in the design industry, her experience started in corporate interiors for Reid Campbell Group. Her interest for residential design led her to a role at one of Sydney’s top Interior Design & Architecture firms, Burley Katon Halliday (BKH) where she completed a large portfolio of built projects in commercial, retail & high end residential fields in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Vietnam, New York & London.
Bianca has worked on some of Sydney’s most prestigious homes including Carthona as well as in collaboration with fashion & lifestyle brands including Sheridan, Sass & Bide, Charlie Brown, Wayne Cooper, Little Joe, Dinosaur Designs, Surfection, Attic, Blueprint. Hospitality projects include China Doll, China Lane, Oy Thai and Rydges Hotel Bar & restaurant in Melbourne, Gaslight Inn.
Since starting her own design company The Unlisted Collective in 2016, she has completed a number of high end residential projects, both private houses and multi-residential in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs & North Shore as well as the refurbishment of the Leumeah Hotel & opening of Chu by China Doll Restaurant. Her expert eye for spatial design, finishes and construction knowledge brings next level service to The Unlisted Collective from design conception to practical completion.
Bianca has an insatiable passion for quality design and commitment to creating a social impact both in the public domain & on a more personal level in private homes.

HAYLEY JOHNSTON
Hayley Johnston has a Bachelor Degree in Interior Architecture, graduating from UTS in 2019. She furthered her studies in 2020 with a Statement of Attainment in Sketchup, AUTOCAD & Revit from Sydney Design School to keep up with the latest design technologies and softwares.
Hayley has experience working in the Events Industry and Project Management which she has gained valuable transferable skills to deliver successful outcomes. Since working within the Interior Design Industry, she has had experience working across high end residential and hospitality projects. Hayley has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about designing functional and sophisticated spaces. Hayley is a motivated and dedicated designer, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
