The Unlisted Collective is a Sydney-based design studio established in 2016. Specialising in interior design and interior architecture, we provide comprehensive project services from conceptualisation to construction. Our team designs, manages, and executes clients’ visions, creating meaningful interior spaces that leave a lasting impression.

Our core design principle is that through collaborative partnerships with clients, we will develop elegant spaces that are meticulously tailored and, most importantly, aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable to live in.

Bianca Fraser holds a Bachelor of Interior Design from the University of Technology Sydney, where she graduated with first-class honours in 2005. With over two decades of experience in the design industry, her journey commenced in corporate interiors for Reid Campbell Group. Her interest in residential design led her to a position at one of Sydney’s leading Interior Design and Architecture firms, Burley Katon Halliday (BKH), where she completed a substantial portfolio of built projects spanning commercial, retail, and high-end residential sectors in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Vietnam, New York, and London.

With over two decades of experience, more than ten of which were spent working with one of Sydney’s top Interior Design and Architecture firms, Director Bianca Fraser leads her team of talented and creative designers who all share a commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail in design. 

Since starting The Unlisted Collective, Bianca has successfully completed a diverse range of high-end residential projects, encompassing both private residences and multi-residential developments. Her exceptional spatial design acumen, attention to detail in finishes and construction knowledge, and comprehensive construction knowledge collectively contribute to the provision of exceptional service.

Bianca has collaborated with some of Sydney’s most esteemed residences, including Carthona. Additionally, she has worked with renowned fashion and lifestyle brands such as Sheridan, Sass & Bide, Charlie Brown, Wayne Cooper, Little Joe, Dinosaur Designs, Surfection, Attic, and Blueprint. In the hospitality sector, she has contributed to projects like China Doll, China Lane, Oy Thai, and the Rydges Hotel Bar & Restaurant in Melbourne. Gaslight Inn and Shuk are also among her notable hospitality projects located in The Rocks.
